Too many times such stuff has been said and always proved to be hot gas from from some politicians mouth.
All this while EB suffers.
An illegal is still going to do a $8/hr job, whether you give him a green card or not. He is still not going to pay taxes because he will get paid in cash. All that will change is that the illegal will be able to send sponsorship for his 50,000 cousins and uncles.
EB will continue to suffer..as always.

I am on my 9th year extension of my H1B. I have to leave to my home country at a short notice. I have H1B stamped on my passport. However it expires at the end of September. I may not be back until the first week of September.
I have already filed for my H1B extension and I am waiting for my Receipt notice.
Will there be any issue coming back into US when my visa stamped on my passport is valid for less than a month. I don't think my extension will be processed by then.
Anyone on this forum who has had similar experience in the past?

I believe CGFNS is for foreign nationals who train outside the US. If you train here, I don't think you need it.
Well, when I talked to lawyer, even though he knew I have degree and Nclex from US, he asked me to get CGFNS visa screen.
Does this makes sense?

This is not the appropriate place to ask this question. Most of us here are still waiting to get our green card. You may find answer to your question at another forum that have people who already took the oath.
It is ok in my opinion. This is a 'Ask a lawyer' area and people can ask any immigration related question to the panel of IV lawyers for free. We now have 15 lawyers in IV panel.

I would really appreciate your views on this.
My Company says that the Minimum Job requirement for the my JOB is
5 years of progressive exp in developing applications in JAVA
and there in 2 years of experience in mobile systems.
I have 6 years of progressive experience in Java, and 4 years in mobile systems. Do you anticipate any issues with an EB2 approval.
I always thought eb2 is ms/bs+ 5 years of progressive, i never know it could be bs + 5 years in core skills and 2 years in others.

You will be using XNA Game Studio (installs into Visual Studio), to develop games. All your time other than for graphics will be spent in Visual Studio 2010. Highly recommend you have a device. Testing in the emulator is not the greatest for games.
Note: All you need is the freely available tools (Express Editions). Having the student or paid versions does not really benefit those using the XNA Game Studio, or building applications for WP7. I'm sure that page says that, just didn't want you to get confused.
If you have done any other game programming you will find everything pretty easy, just takes a bit to get use to. It sounds like you are new to C#, but don't worry most tutorials are setup in a way this shouldn't be a problem.

2) The individual must have correspondence from the US government documenting the absurd red tape (a letter explaining the delays in their green card, etc).
Please contact us as soon as possible if you meet these requirements � or know someone else who is - and are willing to speak with the reporter. It would greatly advance IV�s cause to be included in such an article, so please help us.
