When I recommend a song, and select other songs as references, the referenced songs no longer show up on the original song's page. The handle is listed, but not the recommended songs.

If I understand it right, it's randomly chosen from the list of songs that has only 1 recommendation (the submitter's) so that it gets more exposure than the once around on the main page. The rotation happens at 3:00 a.m. EST, if I'm not mistaken.

Really because I was told by someone at William sonoma today to skip it ($80) and buy their $60 cuisinart. He said it doesn't stay cold long enough to firm up.
Typical salesman crap. Just have to keep it in the freezer for 15 hours and churn the ice cream for 20-25 minutes and it will be ready. If not, it will take a few more minutes( often happens when I make Irish Cream ice cream as the alcohol lowers the freezing temp of the ice cream). But, it stays frozen plenty long enough for the ice cream to firm up.

UPDATE: Spoke to ATT: If I add the unlimited M2M then I lose my Corporate discount...
This does not sound right. I do not see any reason that you would lose your corporate discount for changing to a new feature. You may not get a discount on that feature but you regular rate plan should still receive the discount.

To prove false advertisement, you must be able to prove certain facts to be true. There are 5 requirements. The first one is the relevant fact to this case.
That being....a false statement of fact has been made about the advertiser's own or another person's goods, services, or commercial activity.
The seller stated what he was selling in the auction. That disqualifies this requirement.
No prosecutor in this country would even offer this case to a grand jury.
Yes....I think this is legal.
Congrats on finishing your first semester of law school. Couple more things you will learn in the next couple of years:
1. Illegal does not mean criminal. There are many laws that create liability that are not criminal. Any tort law, for example. Copyright laws are another example. Thus, no one cares what any prosecutor would do.
2. You don't need a grand jury for all criminal charges. You definitely don't need one for false advertising.

I think Apple waited too long to bring the iPhone to Verizon. By the time they did many diehard Verizon customers had just bought Android alternatives. I think Apple got a little too sucked in by the exclusive money from AT&T, but in the end it might end up hurting them.
Now Apple is going to have to fight to get those customers in the coming year or two, all the while Android is getting better and better.
I'm an iPhone 4 customer on AT&T, but I'm still able to see the big picture. They should have had the iPhone on Verizon a year earlier.

I was sorta of wondering. Is there anyway to make a completly seperate Ical window, so that you have to Icals, not just one Ical with different color options.
I know this can be done by creating a new login, but i wanted to see if it can be done for the same login.

Ok so I was having some timeline issues with TweetDeck for iPhone (just weird times for posts) so I decided to go ahead and give Tweetie 2 a shot.
WOW... what an app! It's smooth, fast, responsive and easy to use. LOVE the offline capabilities. Couldn't care less about PUSH - it would kill my battery.
So far, best Twitter app i've ever used!
